“Sparks of fire can set the prairie ablaze”. 90 years ago, Mao Zedong, Zhu De and other older generation revolutionists led the troops of Nanchang Uprising and the Autumn Harvest Uprising to found the first rural revolutionary base in China and opened the evolutionary road of “encircling the city from countryside and seizing political power by armed forces”. To date, the spirit of Red Army represented by Spirit of Mount Jinggang still remains the source of power that motivates us to keep pushing forward.
In the early summer of June, all staffs of ZSVC, out of respect for the ancestors of Red Army, went to Mount Jinggang Revolutionary Base to retrace the revolutionary tour. Although we only stayed for several days, everybody were full of thoughts and sentiments during the short tarry. There, the staffs not only experienced the hardship of the hiking, but also felt continuous boost of team spirit. This may be the warmth and power of the revolutionary tour to Mount Jinggang.
△The sleeper compartment is also a meeting room
During the tour, we first held ZSVC Mid-year Summary Meeting. What President Yuemeng Chen stressed repeatedly in the meeting was “keeping in mind our original intention”, perhaps this was the source of power for ZSVC staffs to hold fast to our dream in face of challenges in decade’s development. This happened to be coincided with the Spirit of Mount Jinggang in keeping struggle for the idealism.
△Mid year session of the meeting
△We are youth, we have vitality
On the mid-term meeting, the colleagues made an active speech and presented advice and suggestions for company development based on their own works. With this meeting, everybody will surely pull together and work wholeheartedly to create value for the company, further enhance the company’s development level and create more profits for the investors.
The revolutionary outward bound training in the following day was a baptism of staffs’ physical strength and team spirit. Everybody is a part of the team. Don’t worry if you lag behind sometime, others would help you to keep in pace so that nobody shall fall out in the team. Male colleagues took initiative to help out female staffs with inferior strength. Despite of the toughness of the rapid march, nobody gave up easily. The revolutionary spirit has deeply taken root in our mind. Solidarity and cooperation were the core strength of the team. Although the hardship of the tasks, such as retracing route of the Red Army, relieving injured personnel, crossing Dadu River by force, were beyond imagination, everybody overcame difficulties and kept in good shape to complete various tasks and temper team spirit. This was surely useful for improving coordinated work in the future.
△Seriously train, listen to the command
△Team starting, showing full of confidence
△So the hands of the hand, doomed to go together
△Field march
△Do not abandon, do not give up, "the wounded" can not fall behind
△You cook me to add wood
△Male compatriots cooking, female compatriots are not assured?
△Comrade, for victory, go ahead!
Besides, the team also visited “Huangyangjie Post”, Red Army Mint, Mount Jinggang Revolutionary Museum and other revolutionary relic sites, and then made a detour to Nanchang where they visited Pavilion of Prince Teng, which was the No.1 of the three famous pavilions in River South. There they experienced the profound traditional Chinese culture and made a perfect conclusion of the revolutionary tour.
△Visit the scene, accept red education
Only by keeping to the original intention can we keep forging ahead. We will concentrate thoughts, define direction and be outstanding staffs of ZSVC.
