Zhilong Yang, MBA from Tongji University, is in charge of the research and investment of wind power and other new energy industries in the company. He is a senior expert in TMT industry, has successively worked as executive director for sales, marketing, products, operation and other posts and has many years’ experience in finance and equity investment. 

Bo Jiang was gradated from School of Journalism and Mass Communications of Zhejiang University. He has many years’ working experiences in China Securities Journal, Trust Company, and the public offering of fund and other financial industry related fields and has accumulated extensive social network and project resources. He is familiar with capital market operation and has rich experience in equity investment and capital integration. 

Bo Kou, having earned double master’s degree for financial investment and risk management from Georgia State University USA and bachelor’s of engineering from Zhejiang University, has worked in many private equity fund management company and has successively worked as analyst and fund manager. He is familiar with capital market of USA and has strong capacity in investment analysis. Kou Bo is good at study of macro economy and seizing investment opportunity and is familiar with many industries. Now, he is mainly focused on environmental protection, clean energy and TMT. 

Xupeng Li ever served as senior executive in Shanghai Merck Pharmaceutical Medicine Co., Ltd. and has participated in venture investment in fields of internet, games, cultural and creative industry and pan entertainment. He is in charge of the research and investment in Internet, pan entertainment, quadratic element and game fields. 

Graduated from Financial Department of Zhejiang Gongshang University, Weimin Chen has 9 years’ experience in capital market credit rating and investment management. He has successively worked in Lianhe Credit Rating, Zhejiang Geely Holding Group and many other famous enterprises and is good at product design and industrial analysis. After joining ZSVC, he has successively been in charge of issuing the many funds, including private placement fund and merger and acquisition fund. 

Qiong Lou, having earned MBA and bachelor of engineering from Zhejiang University, has over two decades’ experience in financial industry and has working experience in listed company. He has successively worked as deputy general manager of PPCI Hangzhou Branch and deputy general manager and secretary of president of Everfine Photoelectricity. Lou Qiong has rich experience in enterprise management, market promotion and channel management, IPO listing and post-investment management. He is familiar with capital market operation rules and has participated in pre-listing and M&A tutoring for many listed companies.
